Use of cookies:
To access the support sections of a product web site, the visitor's browser must be set to allow cookies. In general, AvniTech might use cookies to identify the visitor during a visit or repeat visit to this site. Some cookies may be stored on the visitor's computer. Depending on the browser, the visitor may be able to use separate security settings for per-session cookies and cookies that are stored.

Use of log files:
AvniTech may also log the following information about visitors to a product web site: IP addresses, browser type, domain names, access times and the number of hits to specific pages within the site. Some page logs may use a third party tracking tool, statcounter.com. That tool may use cookies but it collects no personal information.

The cookies and log files are used for the following purpose:

• Measure the traffic to a product web site
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising and promotions so that we at AvniTech know what promotion is sending the visitor
• The information is also used to administer the site and to evaluate its usability. This information is not used to create any type of personal profiles for the visitors.

Use of email messages:
At no point, does a product web site collect the visitor's name and other personal information unless they voluntarily choose to do so by contacting AvniTech by email or by the form on the support page. Even then, AvniTech does not make this information available to any other individual or organization.

Tracking of registered customers:
In addition to the above, a database of licensed users is kept for the purpose of identifying legitimate upgrade and support requests. From time to time, AvniTech may also send news on new version release to licensed customers but these email messages can be unsubscribed.

When you purchase AvniTech products, you actually use the order forms managed by authorized resellers like esellerate, swreg, regnow, all trusted names in e-commerce. Whatever information you enter in the order forms are governed by a particular reseller's privacy policy. The links are provided on product purchase pages.

When you purchase any of AvniTech products, you get a facility to download the latest version from an automated web site for one year from the date of purchase. It doesn't matter even if it is a major upgrade. You get it free if it is released within the next year. You also get the registration codes again if you lost them. This facility is available free of charge for one year from your purchase date and can be renewed by paying an upgrade fee.
